1). Timeline for Refund & Exchange

We have made our return and exchange policy simple and hassle free. You can file for return or exchange of the product within the 7 days of product delivered.

2). Which Product is eligible for Return & Exchange?

The timeline for Return & Exchange is 7 days after the product is purchased and every product is eligible for the Return & Exchange. Although, the product will not be returned or exchanged if the product is damaged by the end customer, is used by the end customer or washed by the customer. Product once exchanged will not be returned. We charge Rs.100 as our Return Handling Charges.Return process will take 9-10 days to complete.

3). What is Mculine Return & Refund Process ?

Once you raise your return request. Our executive picks up the product within 72 hours. Timeline for return process to complete is 10 days from the date of pickup. Our executive will reach out to with refund slip once it's completed.

4). How do I apply for the Return & Exchange??

To apply for return & exchange just visit your account section, tap on orders and you will be able to find the product details just click on return/exchange button to proceed. . Free Exchanges !! We accept exchanges without any cost. This means that you won't be charged extra While applying for an exchange.

5). What If i want to get my product exchanged twice ?

Yes you can get your product exchanged twice but this will come at a cost. We will get your product exchanged at a flat fee of Rs.150. One of our team member will reach out to send a payment link.

6). Do you Guarantee Money Back??

Yes, If you fulfill the eligibility criteria the money will transferred to your bank account in 10 working days. Note : We have a 100% refund policy.However, We charge Rs.100 as our Return Handling Charges.Return process will take 9-10 working days.

7). What about cancellations??

Once the order is shipped through our courier partner it become difficult for us to cancel the order. In this scenario we request you to accept the order by paying the full amount. You can apply for return within the 7 days of product delivered.

8). Damages

Please connect to our customer service if you receive a product without tags. We request you to not accept the delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.

9). What If Received product is damaged / void packet or the order received is impartial?

Kindly reach us on our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery If you are facing any of these issues or any other issue. No claim will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery. We may ask you for the short description of issue (Few questions will be asked). We may ask you for the snapshot of product and images. Our time to investigate the case is 3-4 working days. Please note that we don’t issues cash refunds in any these cases. Only store credit is available in these scenarios.
